As a dropshipping brand, some items are shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners.

Once an order has shipped, DAVAULT is not responsible for:

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other third-party factors

Customers are fully responsible for providing correct shipping details. Any fees for reshipping due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. DAVAULT does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a replacement or approved refund:

Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photo or video evidence of the damage/issue

The item must be unused and in original condition

If verified, DAVAULT may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
